All products sold by Oweelo Agwa are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner.

Because each item is created specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, buyer's remorse, or ordering the wrong product.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at christiancham156@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is verified, we will work to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds
